New East has been involved in land development in the City of Surrey
for more than seven years. We have experience in single family homes, low rise residential (townhouses) and high rise
commercial developments. At New East we have consulted on Official Community Plans (OCP), Neighbourhood Community
Plan (NCP) amendments; assisted in the coordination of applications for rezoning, subdivision and development permit approvals for our clients. Our engineering services include design for on and off-site storm and sanitary sewer, water and roadways together with lot grading.
We are able to provide full service through all phases of the
development; planning through to completion of construction.
